Q & A:
Question: If I had declared that I may not go over the 5,000 kilometers for the next 12 months on this renewal, but it turns out I did, will there be a penalty to me?
Answer: Low kilometer declaration is not breachable. There will be no penalties or surcharges levied to you, but you will not receive a discount on the next renewal. There is no disadvantage of declaring an odometer reading.
Question: After I declare the low kilometer reading on renewal on Vehicle A, but within the next 12 months before I am due to renew again, I had sold Vehicle A and got a new Vehicle B using the same policy, does the declaration on Vehicle A carryover to Vehicle B?
