We can still renew, make changes or cancel your ICBC insurance by phone or email which was approved recently by our provincial government.

You can pick up the documents and decals at our pickup window as required.

Effective immediately, we regret to advise our office is changing our days of operation and will no longer be open on Saturdays until further notice.

Our office will continue to be open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. We sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We have serviced the West End community since 1981 and hope we can continue to service your needs. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support.

Refund Policy

In the event of a payment error, please contact our office as soon as possible at 604-689-2933 during normal business hours, (or in writing) to request a refund, and one of our agents will be happy to assist you immediately. It remains the discretion of Admiral Insurance Services Inc. DBA Admiral Insurance Services whether a refund is processed on the client’s credit card or a cheque is issued to refund payment. If monies are owed on the client’s account, a refund request may be denied.

If at any time during the term of your policy you wish to cancel your insurance policy and request a refund, please contact our office at 604-689-2933 (or in writing), and one of our agents will be happy to assist you immediately. You will need to sign a Request for Cancellation and, as your Broker, we will forward your request to your insurance company who will issue a refund based on the terms of your policy.
